Focus (Five Minute Friday)

Go:

Focus–I’ve lots mine!  I drink a new tea that is supposed to help me.  I drink the Vitamin water that is supposed to help me.  But let me be the first to tell you . . . nothing works.

At this point in my life–I’m hot, I’m cold, I’m sweaty, moody, tired, have too much energy (can’t sleep), and I go between clingy and don’t touch me in the blink of an eye.  Really, it changes so fast.  (Maybe I should have written this on the CHANGE FMF.)

It seems like just 10 years ago I was at my prime–I had no idea what the future would hold.

So I’ve lost my ability to focus.  I manage my days by keeping a zillion list on my iPhone notes app–that way I won’t lose my notes!  Some days are better than others.

This is definitely a season to take a “pause” and begin to focus on me.   I have so much to do with these little ones–yet I can’t remember why we are in the car.  So I check my phone and keep going.

 

STOP.

    ha! i’m in a different boat (preg with #3) but basically the same scatter, sweat and forgetfulness. Here’s to the Pause!! – not the menopause, but the PAUSE! :)
