I love Swiss Chard! It’s so easy to grow and it does well in my flower beds.

Thanks for sharing your tips at Pinterest Foodie.

BTW, I love seeing another CoSchedule user. I didn’t know they had a click to tweet feature.

I love Swiss Char. I grow it too during the summers we are in Chicago.
I braze its leaves with sauteed onion slices and green zucchini cut in fourths lengthwise and in thirds across.
I also use them together with the hearts, tender leaves, and flowers of the zucchini plants…I grow these two together.

The beautiful green Char leaves can also be stuffed with a mixture of sauteed finally chopped onions, green onions, mint, fennel, chopped zucchini, and rice and then cooked. They are delicious.
