This is what I want my view to be . . .
I want to be at the cabin this weekend, but instead I’m a soccer Mom. I’m enjoying this season–I know it will be fleeting.

I can sympathize wanting a different view. We are building a house on 80 acres, the view is so different from where we are in the city. I am looking forward to the new view while learning to enjoy the view I have (even though I have been here for 14 years). Enjoy your weekend with your precious family!

Shannon–that little guy may be a soccer star someday but right now he is the reason I get up in the morning! My own personal blast of sunshine!
The cabin is just such a special place. My dad built it–my dad died when I was 7! yes, it was an emotional purchase.

I don’t know about where you are Renee—but here it is cold! A better weekend to be home instead of at the beach, or wherever. We are taking the opportunity to move a shed, mow the lawn and maybe do some good cooking! Enjoy your weekend.
It is freezing here–but I love sitting on a cold beach with a warm cup of something and having the wind blow my hair and clear my head! Happy Weekend to you!
