Food School: a 31 Day Course (day 20 What is Kale?)

A quick video on how to prep kale for cooking.

I really like kale–now.  I didn’t at first so I had to play around with different recipes.  I am compiling a list of my top ten way I eat kale.  I will share those tomorrow.

So until then–go out and buy some kale, watch the video and lets cook it up tomorrow!
