Pesto so easy and 8-year-old can make it!

My kid loves to work in the kitchen with me.  I love that she does! Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for 6 people who eat vegan, vegetarian and not-so-vegan takes some planning and time.  Time well spent but it can get a little lonely.
